This is a piece I created that captures a scene from an original short story in which a young, exuberant girl, Clementine, pleads on the doorstep of her grouchy, old neighbor Rosemary for company. Rosemary is stubborn, but Clementine might just have what it takes to thaw the old woman's heart.
