I take your privacy seriously. Heart 2 Art's website does not require you to create an account or give us personal information just to browse. I only collect the information you provide when placing an order (such as your name, shipping address, or email) so I can make and deliver your order items. :)

I don’t track you via the internet. When you visit my site, I collect basic technical details like your IP address and browser type to keep the site running smoothly. (This is similar to how other websites like Data.gov store logs to measure traffic and identify problem areas.) The website also uses temporary “session cookies” to make navigation work; these cookies disappear when you close your browser.

I don't sell your information. I will never sell or rent your personal data. The only time your information might be shared is with trusted service providers who help process payments (e.g., payment processors) or deliver your order. The payment company handles your card details—Heart 2 Art never sees or stores them.

You have rights. Under laws like California’s privacy law, people have rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of their personal information. Even though I collect very little information, you can always contact me to see what (if any) personal data I hold about you, request deletion or correction, or ask questions about my website's privacy practices. I will respond in accordance with applicable law. :)

I keep your data safe. I use reasonable security measures to protect information from unauthorized access. Because I don't store payment information myself, that data is secured by Heart 2 Art's payment processor. No system is perfect, but I do my best to keep your information in safe hands.

I might update this policy. If Heart 2 Art's data practices change, I will update this policy and post the new version on the site with a new effective date. Please check back periodically.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

I typically need around 2-3 weeks at most to carry out your order and finalize your item(s) before shipping, but sometimes your order might be ready earlier! If there are any changes or updates regarding your order, I'll let you know about any additional processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on your location and the size and weight of your order. During checkout, you’ll see available options such as standard delivery or expedited shipping. I strive to keep costs fair and use live shipping rates at the time of checkout to give you the best deal possible. :)

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Heart 2 Art ships via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard delivery within the United States usually arrives within 3-7 business days after the order is completed, and 2-3 for expedited shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way so you can follow its journey. I will do my best to get your order to you as swiftly and as smoothly as possible, but please note that shipping and delivery times may vary accordingly. Shipping Restrictions

Heart 2 Art currently only ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, I am unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or ship internationally. If local regulations prohibit me from shipping certain items to your area, I'll contact you before finalizing your order. I hope one day to ship internationally!

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed or goes missing, please reach out to me using the provided contact information. For every customer purchase, Heart 2 Art adds insurance to your order before it ships in case this happens. I’ll work with the carrier to locate your order and make things right!

Returns & Refunds

At Heart 2 Art, I understand that sometimes a change of heart can happen. Unfortunately, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please take purchases into careful consideration. I do not accept returns or refunds because my products are printed on demand in small batches to ensure excellent quality.
